The course modules require either Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 Service Pack 1 or later or Netscape Navigator 7.1 or later.
Your screen settings should be at 1024 x 768 and 24-bit color for optimum viewing. Additionally the information contained in this course is best viewed in full-screen mode.
If you are running your operating system with large fonts or a high-contrast display, you may experience difficulty viewing the course material properly. Try changing your font size or turning off the high-contrast option.
Set your Internet Security option to Medium. In Microsoft Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > Security and select Internet. Move the slider control to Medium.
Disable popup blockers. If you are blocking popup windows, parts of the course may not run properly. If you are using a toolbar companion from a service such as Google, Yahoo, or AOL (several others are available, too), check the settings to make sure popup windows are not blocked.
