The WBT courses require either Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 Service Pack 1 or later or Netscape Navigator 7.1 or later.
Your screen settings should be at 1024 x 768 and 24-bit color for optimum viewing.
For the postassessment, you must have the Java 2 Runtime Environment, installation version J2 RE-1.3, installed on your computer. If the course window opens without starting the course, or you receive a Java error message (such as "Page 68 does not exist and could not be loaded"), download the version J2 RE-1.3 from the Sun Microsystems website. Choose Download under the JRE column on the web page. (Java is a registered trademark of Sun Microsystems, Inc.)
If you are running your operating system with large fonts or a high-contrast display, you may experience difficulty viewing the course material properly. Try changing your font size or turning off the high-contrast option.
Set your Internet Security option to Medium. In Microsoft Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > Security and select Internet. Move the slider control to Medium.
Disable popup blockers. If you are using a toolbar companion from a service such as Google, Yahoo, or AOL (several others are available, too), check the settings to make sure popup windows are not blocked. The course software runs on Java and relies on the use of popup windows. If you are blocking popup windows, the course may not run properly.
